“My goal is not only to learn technology, but to become the kind of professional who can serve users well, support teams with confidence, and keep improving through practice and responsibility.”
My work background combines backend development, systems testing, infrastructure exposure, web/digital work, tutoring and customer-facing experience. I am now redirecting that foundation toward IT Support, networking, systems administration and infrastructure operations.
Worked with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL and application modules. Gained experience troubleshooting backend logic, validating data, debugging errors, working with databases and understanding how applications, data and infrastructure connect.
Supported software testing and system validation tasks in a government environment. Practiced checking system behavior, identifying inconsistencies, documenting issues, communicating findings and supporting acceptance/testing workflows.
Worked with Linux environments and distributed systems concepts. Practiced installing and configuring Apache Hadoop, documenting technical steps and building stronger awareness of servers, infrastructure and data-processing workflows.
Worked with web pages, digital platforms, e-commerce content and online presentation. Developed experience in web content, client-facing digital work, communication and technical creativity.
Built transferable experience through WordPress web work, academic support in HTML, JavaScript and Microsoft Office, customer-facing roles and field work. Developed communication, patience, discipline, adaptability and problem-solving habits that now support my transition into IT Support.
My background is varied, but my next step is focused: IT Support, Infrastructure, and the practical work of keeping systems running.
A recommendation from a professional environment where I contributed to technical projects, collaborated with a development team, and continued building my path in technology.
