Focused on IT Support & Infrastructure
I am a technology professional transitioning into IT Support and Infrastructure, with a focus on technical support, networking, server administration, Linux, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, documentation, and cloud foundations.
Who I Am
My background in technology has not followed only one straight line. I have worked and learned across different areas, including backend development, systems testing, data-related projects, web platforms, Linux-based environments, and digital operations.
Over time, I realized that my strongest professional direction is not to spread across every area of technology, but to focus on the systems, users, networks, and infrastructure that keep technology working in real environments.
Today, I am building a practical portfolio around IT Support and Infrastructure. My goal is to show not only what I am studying, but how I configure, test, troubleshoot, document, and improve technical environments.
Current Direction
My current professional direction is clear: IT Support and Infrastructure.
I am focused on developing the skills needed for entry-level and junior roles such as IT Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, Technical Support Specialist, Systems Support, and Junior Infrastructure Support.
What I Am Building
I am building practical skills through labs, documentation, and structured learning.
Technical Support
User support, troubleshooting, clear communication, ticket-style documentation, and practical problem solving.
Networking
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling concepts, and connectivity testing.
Systems Administration
Linux servers, Windows Server foundations, users, permissions, services, logs, updates, backup, and recovery basics.
Cloud Foundations
VPS environments, cloud basics, service deployment, firewall rules, monitoring, documentation, and secure access.
Structured, Practical, and User-Focused
I approach technology with patience, structure, and documentation. Good support is not only about knowing commands or tools. It is also about understanding the user, identifying the problem clearly, testing carefully, and documenting the solution so it can be repeated or improved.
My focus is to become reliable in the practical work: supporting users, solving common technical issues, understanding systems, and growing into stronger infrastructure responsibilities over time.
Current Growth Areas
My learning path is focused on becoming employable and useful in real IT Support and Infrastructure environments.
Google IT Support
Building a strong foundation in troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, system administration, and IT support workflows.
CompTIA A+
Studying hardware, operating systems, networking basics, security fundamentals, mobile devices, printers, and support practices.
Linux & Server Labs
Practicing Linux server administration, SSH, users, permissions, firewall rules, service management, logs, monitoring, and backups.
Microsoft 365 & Windows Server Foundations
Developing support awareness around Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Windows Server, Active Directory concepts, and user access.
“My background is varied, but my next step is focused: learn the systems, practice the work, and grow into a reliable IT Support and Infrastructure professional.”
